Mount Vernon Morning Commuter [SJHM-21]

Description
A Metro North commuter train has been stranded at Mount Vernon West, due to an electrical fault. With this in mind, you pick up the service there, with an odd back-to-back consist, a cabcar on each end, and two P32-s sandwiched in the middle. Once you board passengers at Mt. Vernon West, you will make an All Stops run to Grand Central Terminal Track 35, and then an All Stops run back up the line to New Rochelle, where your service will terminate! Make sure not to dawdle, as the passengers are already late as it is!

Because whatever speed you are going is to fast for the signal limit. Put the throttle to "0" and put the brakes to suppresion, then push "Q". Or, alternitavely, you can push "Ctrl-D" and "Ctrl-F" to turn them off

how come the alerter thing keeps coming on and i only put throttle to like 30%? im not even going fast and i have to put the brake to 40% for the alerter to stop or it automatically goes, please help.
