Very weird glitch but if you let the yellow balloon float up for a few seconds, it will pop eventually. I tried to see if the balloon was intersecting with the laser that gets redirected upwards and that isn't happening. I wonder what is happening. Best way to combat this is to just block the balloon from leaving the screen until the devs fix it. Delete the placable pulley. Not needed. Otherwise, this is a very good puzzle.
