Description
This mod adds 3 conveyor blocks that are essentially an advanced rotor with a huge diference: they rotate on a diferent axis.

All blocks are survival ready (has build stages and components) and they're paintable.
They also contain LOD models to have minimal impact on performance.
DX11 supported.

And as an added bonus, their collission meshes are smaller than a full block, so they can move just fine in tight spaces.

Stats
Mod State: Done
Available for: Stations, Large Ships and Small Ships
Paintable: Yes
Survival Ready: Yes
Model polygons:
Type Body Main / LOD1 / LOD2 Head Main / LOD1 / LOD2
Small 206 / 102 / 34 198 / 58 / 24
Medium 240 / 162 / 48 354 / 144 / 24
Large 242 / 146 / 48 362 / 150 / 24

Temporary fixes and game issues
In order for the hinges to be properly limited to 180 degrees I've set up a script that sets small/medium/large hinges to lower torque in order to respect the -90/+90 limits.
If you change the torque keep in mind that the real limits will also change because of the existing game issue with rotors.

To-do
- Fix grading textures on DX11

Unfixable Issues
- Don't touch the "offset" slider or it'll go crazy, if you did then right-click it to reset.

Thanks
Harag - for his blender addon and for his provided help;
Arindel - for suggesting grading and providing the raw grading image.

Branch support: stable & dev
This currently works on both branches.
I might upload a separate version if branches force this to split.

Would've been easier to just ask me in my profile instead of copy pasting the message in 4 of my mods, but I'll just copy paste my reply then:
I have nothing against using mods in videos as long as you link to the mod(s) in the video description :P

The director of the web series wanted to ask the developer(s) of this mod with his own account, but he can’t seem to comment for some reason. So I am posting it for him. The message goes: “Hello. I am creating a web series based in Space Engineers and would like permission from the creator(s) of this mod to use it in said series. Your mod and account name(s) will be credited in the credits at the end of each episode it is used in.”

Any chance of a texture update to fit the new stock?

Ive attempted to use these to make a 3 piece rover that can hinge left to right as your turning, thought about adding ability to also flex up and down mounting the hinges in a different direction. before i could attempt the second idea, i am building my rover atop a landing gear platform and then attemping to remove the blocks from under the build so i can drive it off, when i do the pieces fall apart, the hinges do not stay connected to the box's attached to them. will these hinges not function in this manner or do i need to do something? attempting to use them like a trailer hitch

I guess you could consider this a request for either a modification to this mod, or for a completely separate mod. Regardless, I appreciate you taking the time to read my post.

Sorry for taking so long to follow up on my post. The reason why I would like a strong hinge is because I'm working on creating a transforming ship. So far it works perfectly fine... except for one thing. Due to the sheer amount of weight that the hinges are moving, they tend to swing way past the stop point, resulting in collisions and losing the overall effect of the transformation.

I don't necessarily need a giant hinge (although, that could actually be very helpful when it comes to making the joints appear seamless), just a strong hinge. I do believe this is possible. I forgot the mod's name, but I have a modded rotor that is normal sized, just super strong. It moves more weight than I have the hinges moving, and stops right on the mark that I set it to stop. With the hinges, however, I have to get creative. I have to turn on and off gyros to stabilize the limbs, hoping that I turn them on at the right time. It makes it all so inprecise and overly complicated.
