Description
Release date: Early 2016
Nimbatus is a game where you can craft your own drones and deploy them to explore remote planets. On your journey you will encounter deadly enemies and uncover pieces of alien technology you can use to upgrade your drones.

The planets are procedurally generated and fully destructible. The alien drones you encounter get stronger the deeper you delve into the world. Everything in this world behaves physically correct, so you should try not to crash your drone into a cliff.

Procedurally generated world
  • The terrain of each planet is procedurally generated
  • Fully destructible smooth landscape
  • Different climate zones and weather effects
  • Meteor showers and other events that will completely change the landscape

Drone crafting
  • Build drones by freely connecting hundreds of different parts
  • Craft weapons out of different modules
  • More than thousand different weapon combinations
  • All drone parts physically interact with each other

Deadly enemies
  • All enemies are build out of different parts and use randomly generated weapons
  • Procedural bossfights - each boss will adapt his stragey to your playstyle.
  • Prove your skills in three different game modes - more to come

About me
My name is Micha Stettler, I'm the sole developer on Nimbatus and I've worked on this project for about 1.5 years in my spare time.
If you are interested on how the game progressed over the course of the last year, feel free to visit my blog at www.Nimbatus.ch or follow me on Twitter to get some more recent updates.
The game is still under heavy construction, therefore I appreciate all the feedback I can get :)
