is there any way to remove the unit caps? even just for Custom battles?

Yes its makes sense, but there is no separate db table for the expansion, its all inside the data_rome2.pack

Nevertheless, adding the unit to the basic buidling which enables the spartan hoplites would allow the unit to be built by any other nation who has the same basic building chain. In this case the muster field -> holosideros baracks ... ect. chain is the same for all greek nations so adding the unit makes it available to all greeks.
What I canot figure out is how to specify a nation as it is with spartan holites.
In the tables, the royal spartan code is: Pel_Royal_Spartan and the building code which allows it to be built is: pel_military_4 and _5. So, in this table there is nothing which prevents Athen or Rhodos to build royal spartans at lvl4. But there must be something somewhere.

Hello Lac!

I don't have that expansion, but you should find all avaliable "building_units_allowed_tables" under the "(expansion-name).pack" (open the pack and search the building units in a different PFM, it'll make your life easier.)

For it to work properly, you will need to put in every single building starting from the initial tech tree all the way to the end. The easiest way would be to find a beginning basic unit - (such as spartan hoplite) - (if you want to make the unit avaliable from tech 1), and then add your unit to the relating building code. If this doesn't make sense, tell me and I'll try to word differently or think of something else.

Greets cake_do!
I tried to modified the files in pfm to make it available to another faction. I'm kinda lost in the building_units_allowed_tables part as to what I need to change. Specificaly, if I want to enable them, for example the spartans and only for the spartans in WoS DLC. I figured if I add it to the Monument of leonidas building It could work but I dont know which one is that in the table.
Can you help me out?

It should only really work well for the vanilla grand campaign, and corphick, i don't know what's going on in your end though.
