Description:
This is a minimod that allows you to declare someone in your realm as a friend or rival as long as they fit the requirements. This should allow you to decide for yourself who your character views as a friend or rival and not have to depend on the events.

Features:
-Declare someone a friend or rival as long as you fit the requirements of +50 or -50 opinion of each other and do not already have 3 rivals or friends.
-Attempt to befriend someone in your realm with positive opinion of you
-Attempt to antagonize someone in your realm with negative opinion of you into a rivalry

As much as I like to help, I'm not tech support; so please try to solve any issues yourself before asking me. Just googling around or going through the comments will go a long way. If you have an issue make sure that it is installed properly and up to date. If steam workshop is giving you problems, I recommend deleting the version you got from subscribing and install the mod manually through the download link. Thanks!
