100% Achievement Guide - [MINIMUM SPOILERS] - [ENGLISH]

If you have played other Telltale games before, you know most achievements are story-related and unmissable. That is true for most achievements in Wolf Among Us, making up a total of 30 unmissable achievements and 5 achievements related to unlocking "books of fables". This guide will explain how to unlock all books of fables in order to get the other 5 achievements while keeping spoilers to a minimum.

Notes

Most book of fables that are missable are tied to decisions. For those, you'll need to replay the chapter and the episode they're from, but do not worry, this doesn't take much time and it's still enjoyable.

For the book of fables that you are going to need to replay the chapter, I will be covering the description with a spoiler, since there is no point knowing about it if you can't get it in one playthrough.

Wolf Among Us has everything that I though that other Telltale games lacked. By the end of it, I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I did.

Episode 1

Novice Librarian

Chapter 6
You will have to replay this chapter.

On episode one, the only missable book of fable is tied to the last chapter. After your first playtrough, replay the last chapter and make a different choice about ripping off the monsters arm or not.

Episode 2

Apprentice Librarian

Chapter 2
You will have to replay this chapter.

You will be interrogating either the woodsman or tweedledee, it doesn't matter which, but you'll have to play good cop/bad cop. If you played good cop on your first playtrough, play bad cop on your second.

Chapter 3
You do not need to replay this chapter if you do this:

After your interview with Toad Jr. Snow will ask you to investigate the body. Tell her you want to take a look around before going and go to the Magic Mirror. Ask the mirror what were Toad and Toad Jr. looking at.

Episode 3

Journeyman Librarian

Chapter 2
You do not need to replay this chapter if you do this:

At Lily's funeral, DO NOT interrup Snow. This will allow you to move. Go over the offering table on the left and examine the card on the far left.

Chapter 3/Chapter 4
You do not need to replay this chapter if you do this:

At the end of the chapter 3, you will get a choice of where to go to investigate in the next chapter.
Choose Crane's Apartment FIRST. While you are there, investigate the headless horseman statue on the left side of the apartment by the lamp.
Choose Tweedle Dee and Dum's office SECOND. You should automatically get Flycatcher's entry after talking to him.

Chapter 5
You will have to replay this chapter.

The choice is about burning Auntie Greenleaf's tree or not. If you chose to burn it on your first playthrough, choose not to burn it on your second playthrough.

Episode 4

Master Librarian

Chapter 2/Chapter 3
You do not need to replay if you do this:

There are 3 missable books. "Donkeyskin Coat", "Briar Rose" and "Johann". At the end of chapter 2 you will have the choice of going to the Lucky Pawn Shop or the Butcher Shop. Choose the Lucky Pawn Shop FIRST. You will get the "Donkeyskin Coat", which Toad is trying to sell there. Examine the pin cushion on the right glass display case there to unlock the "Briar rose". When you get to the Butcher Shop you will meet "Johann".

Episode 5

Grand Master Librarian

Chapter 3
You do not need to replay if you do this:

In Sheppard Metalworks, once you examine the workbench, a conversation with Bloody Mary will pop. The options are: "Cut the sh**.", "I'm talking to you!", "[Hit her]", "...(silence)".
Choose either "Cut the sh**." OR "I'm talking to you!".
