An Intro to Battle Stamps
Battle Stamps are stamps that may be purchased and equipped to add advantages in Combat.

Most Battle Stamps are purchased at Sadie's Stamp Shop, though a few are given as rewards in battles.

One stamp may be equipped for each person in the party.

New Battle Stamps become available as the characters level up, so return to Sadie's Stamp Shop after leveling up to see what new (and more expensive) stamps have become available.

Sadie's Shop Locations
Auburn Pines Suburbs - In the center of the park in the area opened up after completing Programmed for Protection

Autumn Haven Mall - In the Campin' and Stampin' store on the first level of the mall, on the left side.

Fall Valley - Head to the top most part of town, near the burning man, at the bottom of the screen.

What about GOI?

if i remember correctly, the damage is different and within a range more that a standard attack number. I will look into it but it may take time.

No need to get fancy maths... a simple method is just to enter any battle at any level, and check the damage without any stamp, with the "regular" stamp and with an "improved" stamp (of the same "category"). If damage dealt is 100 / 120 / 160, you can safely say that the "improved" version is rougly 3 times as powerful as the regular one. For the AP raising ones you don't even need that, just check the stats page!

"Critical strike" is not subjective... it's the attack you do when you perform the button sequence correctly. And I know what DOT is, it was just a suggestion for you to improve the guide.

MestreLion, those are great ideas.

The only problems I foresee are any power difference comparisons.... I'd have to create an algorithm for that and math and I don't exactly meet on the same level lol. I'll have to test of stamps on bosses to find out the ones that work and don't.

I wasn't aware that the AP stamps increase with levels, I will also have to look into that.

DOT is "damage over time".

Critical strike is subjective based on game and unpredictable in numbers... again the algorithm thing.

strong and improved are exactly qunatifiable unless I apply that pesky algorithm.

The other solution would be to contact the creators and see if they can clear up any number issues.

Let me try some constructive criticism: this guide can be a LOT more useful, even for people who already obtained the stamps, if you can include some explanation about each stamp, expanding and detailing the in-game description, which is sometimes too terse. The guide should be useful to learn more about about the stamps with information that's not just copied from the game's description..

For example: the stun stamps (Eggs and TPs) do not work on bosses, the AP-raising stamps increase their power on each level to say (Fang of the Wolf is +4 AP only on level 1... it can go as high as 15 IIRC, so your guide is incorrect, and the Jaw goes up to +30).

Also, in "may apply a DOT".. what is a DOT? And what exactly is a "critical strike"? And how "STRONG" or "powerful" are the "improved" stamps compared to their "regular" counterparts?

Nah, it's alright. :mkb::mana::mana::mana:

Mind giving some constructive criticism? Anything that you think would be useful to the guide?

I'm sorry bro, that was a bit mean.
Siren of the Sea  [author] Mar 23, 2015 @ 5:43pm
and to be honest, the game does not tell you all of this unless you already have the stamps, which at that point the guide is useless to you anyway.

some people can't find Sadie or don't know how to get certain stamps which is what this guide is used for. Can you tell me where to get the Banshee stamp and what level you have to be without using the guide?
Siren of the Sea  [author] Mar 23, 2015 @ 5:41pm
wow that was harsh. Sorry it didn't help you UnmindlyZombeh... what info were you looking for?
