Point Solitude

Point solitude is a Fantasy (Non-realistic) Vekoma Flying Dutchman coaster, situated on a coastal island.

The project was the result of 6 months of work in my spare time. It is the first ride I had created with extensive 3D work. There isn't really an explicit story behind the theming. I hope that it itself tells you a story.

Brilliant job! I love the lighting effects inside the caves as well as how the queue line offers plenty of great views of the ride.

Very impressive! Not my favorite coastertype but the queue line totally made up for that. 6 months well spent!

You mentioned on Twitter that the Steam version had been updated with improved cave textures... but the latest version here seems to be back in October as of today?

Hmmm I guess I should start to get to working on good coasters in NL2 instead of fooling around in NL
