Introduction
Want to enter the Soul Cairn to progress the Dawn Guard quest line, but don't want to become a horrendous Vampire or have part of your soul trapped? Then allow me to show you the way in and how to keep the quest running bug free!

What to do and how to do it
First you will have to get up to the stage in the quest "Chasing Echos" in the Dawn Guard quest line where you and Serana have just opened the portal to the Soul Cairn and you have tried to enter it only to be fizzled and fried by it. Now instead of talking to Serana who will give you the option to become a vampire or getting partially soul-trapped (Both options I think are quite evil) in order to gain access to it you will save you game and press ` which opens Skyrim's console, and now type a few commands.

First type: "load SoulCairnHuskMerchant" (without the " " of course) and press enter.
This loads up the cell we want to teleport to.

Second type: "coc SoulCairnHuskMerchant" and press enter
This should then bring up a loading screen that usually displays as you walk through doors or fast travel. (If not do the first then the second step again)

Once the game has finished loading you will want to follow the path in a south east (SE) direction towards the normal portal exit. (potentially ignoring the man who lost his horse) You should then head up the stairs to the portal until the screen displays "Completed: Chasing Echos" followed by "Started: Beyond Death". Make sure you don't actually go through the portal, though if you do just type the command in the second step.

When the quest "Beyond Death" starts head over to the castle where Valerica is, you may have to use the wait function and wait 1 hour so that Serana will appear and start normal dialog with Valerica.

After that you can continue along and kill the Keepers and Durnehviir as if you never opened the console.
Conclusion and Notes
So now you can goto the Soul Cairn and back without being a vampire and contiunue the Dawn Guard quest line!

Notes
  • Once you exit the Soul Cairn you can only go back by using the coc command in step 2 as trying to go through the entry portal will still fizzle you.
  • Other Soul Cairn Cell IDs will work with the load/coc I just used the one I did as I found it closer to the exit portal than other cell IDs.
  • If for some reason you can't leave the Cairn just type in the console "coc Riverwood" which will take you to river wood of course.

And during the day my stamina is hindered in such a way I cannot make it 3 seconds without getting exhaustion.

Good guide, going to join up the dawnguard once I cure my vampirism.
And before anyone says that I should stay as a vampire, I'm not one of those one handed or magey characters. I'm more of a berserker person.

Why wouldn't you want to be a vampire? Would you seriously rather be in a frail, mortal body than achieve greatness in immortality?

Worked just fine. Had to enter by using commands since the portal wouldn't let me enter after the Dawnguard quest despite Valerica saying that part of my soul rubbed of...

All non-vampires are cowards!

Azra has it right as well. Dawnguard is not a very happy questline, where good is clear.

If you want to avoid evil actions altogether then the dawnguard expansion isn't for you in the first place. Dawnguard indiscriminately murder people for no reason other than them being a vampire, though there are several vampires in the game who don't attack any human at all, and in fact will interact amicably with the dragonborn and others. Volkihar clan vampires aren't evil per say, simply trying to make the sun not harmful to their kind, and to make it easier to feed. Yeah, harkon himself is attempting to use the tyranny of the sun prophecy to basically conquer the world, but that just makes him as an individual evil. The entire expansion revolves around the idea that regardless of what you do, you're ultimately furthering one evil or another for the cause of stopping a greater evil in the end. All in all however, it's a decently made guide.

I know this, I just don't like the way the game messes around with souls so I want to avoid both options given by Serana.
