gravilon is a gravity-bending 2.5d platformer. The levels are designed to be navigable in multiple ways, encouraging creative pathfinding and speedrunning.

The two core mechanics of this game are gravity switches, which invert the direction of gravity, and tumbling. Tumbling is a movement mechanic achieved through non-deterministic physics, which means you won't be tumbling the same way twice. While tumbling is easy to pick up, it takes skill and a quick eye to master your movements.

gravilon is set in an abstract world featuring minimalist audio and visual design, with a story that is told "in the background" through level design.

This one of the more interesting things I have seen on greenlight so far having waded through a lot of shovelware. That being said the trailers for the game itself give me some pause. The mechanics and physics for the levels look very good but there is an uncomfortable desolation to the environment. There is no ambience or background music, the only sounds seem to be the echoed impacts of the square highlighting an empty, cavernous expanse. The background is minimalist, creating a lot of negative space that further enhances that feeling of emptyness and isolation. This can be written off as intentional for that very purpose or for the sake of being artistic but it would bother me as I play, especially for long periods of time. Nonetheless there is enough here for me to vote yes.

Something else! All it needs is a little more meat in the gameplay, and it's set.

Very cool. Sort of looks like it was made in Unity.
