This is my second attempt at making a large prison. (holding 464 for now)
Most of the inmates are max sec.
In order to minimize contraband, inmates are only working in workshops and laundy, moreover there is no visitation from famillies.

Made from legit hard earned money (no boost from an other prison sell or save edit). Starting map was set as medium. (4 pieces of land bought)
