Ookibloks is now Live!
We have been Greenlit! Yay!
Ookibloks is an action puzzler in the spirit of classics like Bubble Bobble and Adventures of Lolo. In this game you help Ooki the Monkey collect all his stolen bananas while avoiding enemies like crabs, ghosts, piranhas and the all-powerful Devil Cat.

  • 100+ stages of fruit flinging, badguy bashing monkey mayhem!
  • 9 different worlds! Each featuring 10 stages, it's own unique funky soundtrack and challenging boss character to beat!
  • Jam melodies over the music as you play with the awesome musical sound effect system! It's never the same twice!
  • Train up on your skills in "Banana Chase" mode, an endless game play variation to get the highest combo!
  • Super tough challenge stages with live updates via the Devil Cat's Volcano - for hardcore players or players looking for a real challenge!

A Little History
Ookibloks began its life on Windows PC In this form, it was nominated for *Excellence in Audio* during the *2008 Independent Game Festival*. Since then, Ookibloks was developed and released for iOS.
Now, Ookibloks is coming back to PC in its full-featured, fruit-flinging, crab-bashing, banana-collecting glory.

No Ads, No IAP, Just Fun!
This version of Ookibloks will have *no ads* and *no in-app purchases*. Nothing will get between you and enjoying Ookibloks the way it was meant to be played.

Windows, Mac and Linux
While there's still a fair bit of work left to be done, the Windows version of Ookibloks is coming close to completion. Once that version is released, Skyboy Games will work quickly to port the game to Mac and then Linux afterwards.

Brian man. Always wanted to spend some time playing a game you've worked on. So hopefully will see this on the store soon eh?

Looks like a fun little diversion—and as NobunagaOta pointed out, there's a neat music-based system that peppers the already rocking soundtrack with little notes as you progress thru the levels. Looking forward to seeing this in the Store!

Does this take place in the Wings Templar universe?

Hi Pooterman, thank you so much for remembering Ookibloks all these years! Greenlight being what it is, it's hard to say when we'll be greenlit. Of course, it woudn't hurt if you were to ask all your friends to vote for us on Greenlight! ;-)

That being said, the demo that we mentioned in the announcements is just about ready for release. I apologize for how long it's been taking for us to release the demo. We've been finding it hard to resist the temptation to tweak various parts of the game before its public re-debut.

Again, thank you for your support and patience. And I assure you, the PC demo will be out really, really soon!

NobunagaOta any chance of an update please - been waiting to play this for what seems like forever since I saw it at an indie show years ago! I made the mistake of telling my wifea about it and telling her what a great game it was and to this day she still asks if it's out yet! Any ETA on a demo or the actual release date yet? Good luck and wishing you success with this, great things are always worth the wait :)
