Valve would have to change programming to make heat-seeking rockets (although they could just take code from the dodgeball mod), which would make them much less likely to get in.

Festive, heat-seeking rockets would discourage aim/skill in general. The Beggar's right now is amazing as it is.

Heat-seaking rockets would be OP, unless hey did bad damage, in which case, they would be UP. Lose-lose there, buddy. Also, I don't like JonTron, but that doesn't matter.
