--Summary--
An aging adventurer, by the name of Peter, has set out on a journey to explore the vast reaches of Tamriel. As Peter will no longer need the home, he has given ownership over the house to the first lucky soul to stumble upon the note and key left at the doorstep.

The house provides practically everything you'd need: an enchantment table, a forge, a furnace, an alchemy table, a double bed, and lots and lots of storage. Other items of interest include: 6 mannequins, tons of weapon plaques, and many weapon display cases. As well as a small garden and stable for your horse!

Take a look for yourself to see its beauty and everything it provides.
