After update to version 1.3, your savegames might look like they disappeared, in order to restore them, you need to tick "show incompatible savegames" and load savegame from there, you only need to do that once with every savegame.

Works with latest EU4 1.11 patch.

It changes:
* Border are now much more thicker. Borders are now visible from a greater distance.
* Sharp black borders that change width according to zoom level.
* More beautiful terrain, new textures of sand, rock, grass with changes normal-maps.
* Recolored water with semi-reflection (When zoomed in, reflection of clouds appear, when zoomed out, reflection is minimal).
