Hmnmm... maybe my computer is too slow or something. I can hit the edge of the bridge and bounce back, but never get enough fling to hit the blue gel on top of the bridge.

No there is no special trick or something. You have to bring the blue gel on the light bridge and then put the portal on the floor and at the top by the entrance. Then you go into the portal on the floor and then once again and then you have enough speed to fly on the light bridge. .

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the solution here is not logical. Apparently it depends on some edge fling technique which I am not patient enough to figure out.
