Does not require CS:S or Episode 1/2.

Some people are reporting that this crashes their Garry's Mod, I have no idea why this is happening.
All I can suggest is that you unsubsribe from it and delete it from your Garry's Mod folder.

You can also try downloading the map file directly from http://www.underdone.org/downloads/rp_pripyat_fixed.zip
Extract that file into your garrysmod/maps folder.


The map rp_pripyat with all models/textures packed into it so that you don't need to go download all the Stalker addons required to see them.

Note: A couple of sound effects are missing from the map and your console will warn you about them, join the above server to get the files.

If you are using this on a server you will need "+r_hunkalloclightmaps 0" in the command line.

The crashing is specific to gmod, mine (and I really belive the gmod dayz one you posted) were generated in SourceSDK2007 base. The automatic generation is kinda poor though, so it requires someone to go in after and double-check. My workshop one is hand-checked, the one you posted is not.

This came from the gmod dayz gamemode, there was no way this was done with automatic generation (nor can anyone do that) because it will crash no matter what you try if you do that.

I took a look at the "proper" navmesh. It looks like it wasn't hand-checked after automatic generation. There are a lot of places that have navareas that shouldn't, and a few places that don't have navareas where they should. There are a lot of impossible connections, and I have yet to see a navarea marked as "stairs". Where in the world did you get that?

Because I have made plently of nav meshes before and one only being 7MB would tell me the area you have made would only be around 20 meters.
If i had time I would download yours and look for myself to see.

I'm not sure why you think a navmesh needs to big so big, It's just a bunch of rectangles with a few flags on each.

If it's only 7mb it can't be made correctly.
There is already a nav mesh for this map and it's over 300mb iirc.
