Description
Explosion damages cause now a short tinnitus.

you can disable the effect by using "mutate tinnitus"

Hint: when you are in god mode this mod has no effect ;)

Can you please make a mod where the player suffers from lasting tinnitus after enduring too many explosions? It would elevate this game to an entirely new level.
