Graphical insights and overhaul. Demo incoming!
Release date: Middle to end of 2014
Uncoloured is an accelerated, first person platformer which explores a world where colour has been taken away.

Imagine. A world without colour. Return the colour to the world.
Based in a minimalist world, colour can be restored by overcoming a series of challenges.
With the assistance of physics hacking power-cubes, the impossible becomes attainable.

About Uncoloured:

Uncoloured is set in a minimalist world, where you are challenged throughout six levels to return the colour that has been lost. When you start the game everything is greyscale, with one colour returned at the end of each level. Once a colour is restored, that colour is then visible throughout the rest of the game.

The Ability Mechanics:

Each level a power is collected with a unique ability, which helps you solve that level’s challenges. Starting with simple platforms, throughout the game you gain further abilities including to slow, destroy and even teleport almost anywhere.

Designing levels that promote the combined usage of abilities has been a key focus. While the abilities may seem simple on their own, the complexity is created when multiple powers are used in combination to complete a challenge.

• Physics modifying Power-Cubes.
• First person puzzle/ platformer with levels of increasing difficulty.
• Engaging abilities that require creative implementation.
• Hidden Power-Ups that allow you to tune the game to your style of play.
• Immersive music.

Great question, objects in game are identified by their colour as well as unique markings on them. There are no important objects that are identified by colour alone :)
There is some scenery but the role colour plays there is purely aesthetic.
