AFTER
is an open world fantasy RPG that takes place in a randomly generated world. It incorporates action adventure, city-building, and dungeon crawling elements.

Step into the shoes - or just feet - of a character in a fantasy world. Fight your way to fame, whether as a hero or a villain, or start your own shop and let someone else save the world.

Explore and discover the magical automatons, devilish technology, and ash-covered cities from ages past that litter the world. Crawl through dungeons with randomly created puzzles and loot. After that, find your way home through bandits and monsters.

Becoming the tipping point in a war. Conquer the world or set it free, if you want. Otherwise, leave it all behind and explore the world before the war destroys it.

AFTER will be released for free at an unknown time. It will have a Kickstarter some time 2014.

Current Features
  • Randomly generated voxel worlds that take about 20 in-game days to sail through and are destructible in real-time
  • Weather system that calculates wind, pressure, humidity, and temperature in a way that isn't realistic and is better for it
  • Survival in a randomly generated world with towns, provinces, and countries growing over time
  • Melee, ranged, and magical combat with directional melee attacks, parrying of any attack, and rock-paper-scissors magic gameplay
  • Freerunning system that allows running laterally across cliffsides or wall jumping between two buildings in an alleyway to get to the rooftops
  • Forging system that lets you reforge weapons with new materials or enchantments
  • Squad commands and allies that either follow you - or become your enemies
  • A number of races that play differently and have their own racial skill tree
  • A large amount of skills and disciplines that level up as you use them, independant from your character
  • Multi-wielding of items and skills, dual wielding for most races
  • Hundreds of variations of wooden swords

  • Online multiplayer with possible faction battles or wars
  • Buildable vehicles and sailing
  • City building commands and management
  • Farming inspired by Harvest Moon and Rune Factory
  • Characters that either follow you or become your enemies based on your actions
  • Randomly generated puzzles
  • One large skill tree to hold all the disciplines: Western Electrical Magic, Shield Combat, Trading, and Mobility to name a few.
  • Bajillions of variations of weapons

this looks really cool and awsome. but was wanting to know if it was always goint to be that bright in the day time or if you could turn down the brightness? but really looking forword to this please keep up the grate work :D
