Do you ever wanted a little and simple house next to the Mages College?
Do you ever wanted to live in Winterhold without the need to become the Arch-Mage or paying 10 gold per day?

Well, now you can!

There's a house available to the player in Winterhold next to the entrance of the college, the Frozen-Mage House.
This house is divided into 3 sections: The bedroom, the workplace and the main house itself.

There's a lot of things inside this house:
2 Alchemy workbenches, 2 enchanting tables, 2 mannequins, 1 display case, 1 blacksmith forge, 1 blacksmith anvil, 1 tanning rack, 1 armor workbench, 1 sharpening wheel, 1 smelter and a lot more!

In this house you'll find a powerfull follower, Haskell Ice-Brain. He's a powerfull mage and will follow you wherever you go and will protect you, but doesn't interact very often with the player besides that. He's essential, so he won't die. If you dismiss him, he'll return to the house.

looks good, also if u like mage houses check out "vellamo" not sure if its still on steam, or moved to nexus

I just went through your mod,and you've done a great job on it..thumbs up.The only thing is...there is no map marker for it.I had to look around a little to find it,but again it's a great mod if your a mage......peace

I don't have it right now, unfortunately.

Just type "help Haskell" in the console and you'll find his BaseID on the list.
For the RefID, just open the console and click on him.

What's the base ID and red ID for Haskell Ice-Brain? I'd like to use the console to make him non-essential.
