Close. The Ancient Plate Armour does give +8 but it only needs to be level 5 (Mine's level 7 atm :P), and the shield isn't the Heater Shield. That one doesn't give HP. It's actually the 3 star Scarlet Shield and it gives 2 HP, so total HP is 62. It even says so in the stats, under the Movement and Attack Speed decreases :p
