I feel like a combination of Lopop's (Blood meter) and Tristan's (suck out enemies blood) would be good. This is extremely well designed, and I feel like those are both great ideas. If you can't suck out enemies blood, should be an alt fire.

+ +100% heal rate
+ may "heal" enemies at a third of healing rate,
this builds up blood counter at double the rate of stolen health;
blood count has max cap at ca. 300 points
+ 45% faster weapon switch
+ 20% faster übercharge rate
+ you can pop über by any übermeter state

* übercharge: can be activated on "healing" an enemy, instantly fills blood count up to
current amount on übercharge meter (both in %),
the "patient" suffers as much damage as it would be normally necessary to fill the count
* the übercharge has to be prepared, you have to wait 5 seconds before it is active
* however, there will be no effect if after the 5 seconds preparation the first healing target
you get is friendly

- drains blood counter on heal (50% of current heal rate pro second)
- drains your own health on heal if blood count is at 0
(i thought 50% of the current heal rate, the healing sound changes,
übercharge rate may increase)
