The Imperial Abode

Description
Ever tire of the high-flying, fast-living life of a Dovahkiin? Ever wonder what it would be like to settle into the repetetive, mildly exciting life of an Imperial soldier? Then this is the home for you! Comes complete with a blacksmithing forge, alchemy lab and enchanting table. The home is located in Solitude, behind the Bard's College.

Even if you have the dragonborn DLC, you don't fly on a daily basis.

@Roflcopter The worst that should happen is that you'll have the festival take place inside the home, so it'll be somewhat immersion breaking. Other than that the questline should work fine.

How does this affect the Bard storyline? Specifically, does this mess up the end where there is a festival held in this space?
