Snow Elf, Dremora and Dwemer Races

Description
Adds the Dremora and the Snow Elves as playable races. The snow elves are similiar to the high elves but also gain another bonus starting spell. The Dremora gain bonuses to destruction and conjuration as well as two cool starting spells. Let me know if there is anything you dont like or any changes i should make.

Adds the Dwemer as a playable race. They are not very good at magic but are great at smithing and speech, plus have the ability to call a guardian sphere to protect them.

I really much love the idea of your mod tho what are the bonuses for the Dwemer ? Resistance to magic would be cool to see.

Wel its mostly believed that the snow elves where turn into falmer due to the war and them being forced to hide with the dwarfs. But hte dwarfs would only accept them if they ate a plant witch took away thier vision. Some also belive that the giant did the same but at the cost of thier intelligence. They had to do this or get killed but the nords/imperials trying to kill all of them.

P.S - This isnt confirmend but a common speculation (But the part about the giants is less common the the one about the snow elves)

Because o0 Aero 0o they didn't use magic they just use magic to power things lke spiders and talos aslo used soul gems power to power a giant robot witch he used to counquer all of tamerial :steamhappy:

why are the dwemer not good at magic? that is what they mastered! that is how the spheres, spiders, centurions and balistas are all still working!:steamhappy:
