There isn't much too say about this but it's a small saint Patricks day themed health kit skin, it's a few days late but still.
This is my first L4d2 addon so if I have buggerd something up please tell me.

Comes with:

1x Spoon
1x Candle
1x syringe

Heroin sold separately.
