Viking's Iron War Axe

This is just a small mod that creates a slightly more aggressive iron war axe, for players who want performance without all the shiny.

This creates an iron war axe, the Viking's War Axe, which swings at dagger speed and has the damage/temper characteristics of a Skyforge Steel War Axe. It's created under the iron tab, with the same ingredients. We're assuming the vikings just had a better method of treating the metal, for the sake of role play.
