This should be on mobile to pull out of your pocket and play for a bit and put back in your pocket. If on mobile I would say yes but PC, I am not interested. But these are my opinions.

This is quite a flash fest, I couldnt last 37 seconds of the video without my eyes hurting so im not sure i'd fare well if I played this for extended periods, or at all.

berglmir: 1024 gameplay modes is both accurate and sort of a joke: There are 10 different gameplay options (binary toggles) that affect various aspects of the game (ship auto-brake, explosions push asteroids, autoselect weapon, bombs use laser ammo, bombs use bounce ammo, weapon recoil, spawn explosive asteroids, spawn explosive bounce asteroids, random powerups, and shootable powerups). This means 2 to the 10th power = 1024 unique gameplay settings... :)

Gorbulan: The problem of contrast between foreground and background was indeed a heavily debated topic during development. We have implemented the option of alternative low-resource / low contrast backgrounds that some players seem to like better. Additionally, there is the option to render all foreground objects with a black outline.

A crazy version of "Asteroids". If it was free I'd pick it up and play for an hour or so.

I like the idea of "asteroids clone" (I dislike that phrasing but you know what I mean), but this one suffers from the same problem as many other space games. Terrible contrast. Between the effects and bright backgrounds, I can't what is what at a glance. That's a problem for space games. You need certain elements to stand out (such as spaceships). You don't need the backgrounds or planets to overcast everything else.

Very impressive from a gameplay standpoint. I don't play this type of game anymore, but nicely done. Very smooth.
