No Guard Warnings for Stealthy Shouts

Prevents guards from seeking you out and warning you about disturbing the townsfolk when you use the Aura Whisper or Throw Voice shouts inside cities.

So there I was, sneaking through Calcelmo's Laboratory, when I decided to use Aura Whisper to see if my path was clear. And then, across a massive room, a door opened and a Markarth town guard started walking right toward me. I rolled out of my shadowy spot and crept into another alcove, the stealth indicator never showing a peep. The guard changed course, walked right up to me, and, despite my being completely invisible to him, gave me a speech about how using shouts in town was making people nervous. Then, of course, he attacked me, since he automatically detected me due to our forced and inescapable conversation.

Aura Whisper is just that, a whisper, and should not draw guards to you from half way across a city. Likewise, Throw Voice is specifically intended to be used as a distraction, so it makes no sense that using it would draw guards' attention to you. This mod doesn't change the fact that using these shouts is an action and can cause you to be detected when sneaking, but it does prevent the shouts from triggering the completely immersion-breaking forced dialogue.

How it works: it is a minor tweak that adds a condition to the story event node that triggers the forced dialogue, preventing it from triggering if the shout you used was Aura Whisper or Throw Voice. It does not modify the shout, only the dialogue condition. It uses no scripts and can be safely added or removed from your save game at any time.

Tested compatible with shout mods like Improved Dragon Shouts, and dialogue mods like Guard Dialogue Overhaul.

I know Fallout 4 is out, and most everybody's busy modding that now, but I have a request (since fallout is not my thing). I'd like you to include the whirlwind sprint into the list. I realise it's not techincally whispering but as far as I'm concerned it shouldn't make any difference to the guards.. Guards respond to casting magic with a "easy on the magic", but they don't run after you and threaten to throw you in jail for it :P

This is awesome. I had a couple of similar situations, which is ecpecially annoying if you're trying to sneak past the guards in story missions like the dwemer (dwarven) museum. Instant subscribe and will rate after testing it.

Yeah, I had the exact same thing happen, use Aura Whisper and suddenly the kid in the Battleborn house starts talking to me from upstairs. Pretty silly stuff.

@Iceira and mattman00000: I ran into the same issue and made the change you requested. Kids will no longer ask you to make them invisible when you use these shouts.
