Ice Mountain Homestead (Player Home)

Description
v1.4.0

This is as it says in the title; a Player owned home. It has all the must-haves; forge, tanning rack, workbench, smelter, grindstone, alchemy table, enchanting table, mannequins, weapon racks, display cases and plenty of storage.

The house is located on a cliffside overlooking Riverwood. The house also has your very own Mercenarys guarding your house during the day and thay take night shifts. They are also followers so when ever you need some help just ask them. They also have their own sleeping quaters seperated from the main house so they won't disturb you.

The house is located just up the mountain pass from Riverwood. There is a map marker but you'll won't be able to fast travel there at first. The reason I did this is because I wanted it to feel more immersive and this was one way of doing that.

The house has obviously been fully NavMeshed.

WHAT"S NEW

v1.1.0

- Full re-texture of the interiors of the house from stone to wood. Wood seemed more suitable due to the fact that the exterior of the house is wood.

- Got rid of the cages and blood down in the basement.

v1.2.0

- Put the texture back to stone on the interior because it just looked better. I also added some extra things to the interior of the house to make it look more alive.

- Added partition doors to pretty much each room in the house.

- Lighting fixes.

v1.3.0

- Fixed the problem with the mannequins moving. Thanks to 'Elianora' for telling me how. They shouldn't do it anymore but for any reason that they do just let me know.

v1.4.0

- Made some changes to the interior.

ATTENTION

- The house has no key so you'll be able to walk straight in.

- If you edit this mod I don't mind if you upload your version as long as I am credited.

- All feedback is fully appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS

There are no requirements for his house. The mod still should work with Dawnguard and Dragonborn. Hearthfire on the other hand, I have not done all the things required for your spouse, children or steward to move in. Hope to have Hearthfire support soon.

If you really want to move your family in I suggest you check out the mod 'Custom Family Home' by VitchRazor.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'll try and get around to creating something in one of those locations whenever I can.

mariner1776: Concerning some locations; somewhere off the road to Deep Folk Crossing & Druadach Redoubt; along the river near Rebel's Cairn & Reachwatch Rock; one of the river lakes near Driftshade refuge & Nightgate Inn; In the hook of the river near Snapleg Cave & Treva's Watch; somewhere near Shor's Stone; off the road near Arkngthamz. Just a few suggestions. Thank you for listenning.

No sorry mate. It's been awhile since I did any modding. But there is a solution. Just subscribe to VitchRazor's mod 'Custom Family Home'. This mod will obviously allow you to move your spouse and kids into the house or any house for that matter.
