W,E,R,T swap between modes ( W,E,R being transform modes, T being Paint Mode ). Painting only happens when holding down U so shouldn't be an issue?

The guide has now been updated with 0.2.1.0 features. A bug in the Steam CMS means we cannot currently re-order the Paint Tool entry.

Overall, pretty cool for those wishing to spend time. The object selection keys are off (W = planar movement; E = rotate on axis; R = scale). That will need to be fixed otherwise, and it does make sense that R should be rotate.

It would be much faster to design if one could more quickly duplicate and move tiles and then pull them up and distort them similar to other terrain editors (e.g. hold down control and drag, for duplicate ... grab key point on mesh to distort). In the end I would expect some kind of 'auto' align / distort algorithm to go through and make sure all meshes are lined up and key points are matched to adjacent times.

Overall, good first step for an alpha. I can see a lot of work going into this.
