1 - ICONS

HELP
- Display shortcuts and useful info to create levels



THUMBNAIL
- Take a screenshot of the current screen that will be use as a thumbnail for your level



MAP
- Display the map of the level. Navigate with arrows keys or keypad numbers 2/4/6/8



SCREEN BACKGROUND
- Change the current screen background (6 to 9 items for each environment)



BLOCK PICKER
- Toggle ON then click a block to copy it



SET BLOCK PARAMETERS
- Toggle ON then click a block to open its tweakable parameters



LEVEL PARAMETERS
- Display a window to edit the level name, description, type,(...) save and exit



PLAY MODE
- Go to PLAY mode to launch the level from the Start position



TEST MODE
- Go to TEST mode to quick test the level in the current screen



EDIT MODE
- While in PLAY/TEST mode, go back to EDIT mode
2 - EDIT MODE (commands & shortcuts)
Add / Delete blocks
- Left Mouse Button: select a block in the inventory, add the selected block in the level
- Right Mouse Button: remove the block under the cursor

Change blocks orientation
- When adding a block, hold Left Mouse Button: if arrows appear aroud the block, it means the block can be oriented quickly by moving the cursor around.
- Note that you can also change the blocks orientation in the blocks parameters.

Change blocks parameters
- Left Ctrl + Left Mouse Button: tweak the parameters of the block under the cursor
- Left Alt + Left Mouse Button: copy the parameters of the block under the cursor (the block will replace the original block in the inventory)

Copy / Paste / Delete a whole screen
- Left Ctrl + C (or Left Shift + C): copy the current screen
- Left Ctrl + V (or Left Shift + V): paste the content of a copied screen in the current screen
- Delete: clear the current screen from any blocks

Create paths of Pipes
- When adding a pipe block, hold Left Mouse Button and move your cursor to quickly create a path of connected pipes.

Connect screens with Pipes
- To connect screens with pipes, simply add a pipe block in the screen border area.
- If you hold Left or Right Mouse Button, the whole interface will disappear to help you add pipes in the border screen area.

Go to PLAY/TEST mode
- Tab or F5: toggle between EDIT and TEST mode
- F6: toggle between EDIT and PLAY mode

Navigate between screens
- Keyboard Arrows (or numpads 4/6/8/2): navigate between the screens in edit mode/play mode
- Right Ctrl: toggle the minimap
3 - PLAY/TEST MODE (commands & shortcuts)
Teleport Psychobot
- Left Ctrl + Left Mouse Button: teleport the Psychobot under the cursor (need an empty space)

Grab / Place blocks instantly
- Left Ctrl + Left Shift + Left Mouse Button: instant grab a block and add it to your inventory
- Left Ctrl + Left Shift + Right Mouse Button: instant place the selected inventory block in the level (need an empty space)

Go back to EDIT mode
- Tab or F5: toggle between EDIT and TEST mode
- F6: toggle between EDIT and PLAY mode

- Keyboard Arrows (or numpads 4/6/8/2): navigate between the screens in edit mode/play mode
- Right Control: toggle the minimap

Isn't there any tool or keyboard shortcut to move the blocks and items you've placed already? That was almost the first thing I wanted to do when trying out the editor (right after placing the start point, the exit and a couple of blocks).

I know you can use the pick tool shortcut, right click to delete, and left click to place at the new location, but it just doesn't feel good when you know it could be done in just one click... ;)
