The features all sound great, and I like the nostalgic look of the graphics (like a snes title with a makeover).

@Maou Sadao I am not sure what kind of crusade you are on. It doesn't help that it was with great difficulty that I decided to stop the Kickstarter campaign. Your words are simply salt in the wound. I understand the disappointment, but after all, the project is mine, and it was my decision.

Having said that, the Greenlight version will continue forward. There will be improvements in graphics and other small fixes. It will not be the version I had envisioned for Kickstarter, but it will be improved. So for anyone still interested, please support and upvote!

Like I said, even if this is for the original/current game, the creator himself still abandoned his own game. Considering that you're speaking on the behalf of him, it does not help restore any of my faith for the game or for him.

Hello everyone, I'll answer on the behalf of Dorian Tokici the creator of Darkblood Chronicles. The makeover campaign via KickStarter is indeed cancelled but the current version is still alive. The game is very close to be approved, so your support is greatly appreciated, the game still need votes. Even if the KickStarter project was cancelled, there will be improvements in the game. I believe some of the graphics shown on the KickStarter page will be in the Steam Edition.

I'm not the creator or the developer of Darkblood Chronicles, so I can't really reveal more.

Guys, the game is dead. He was only a week or two in, and he deleted his account (plus cancelled the Kickstarter project) then walked away.

Thanks to all the backers up to this point. It was obviously that this project wasn't going to meet the goal. I have been working over three years at making this a reality, and unfortunately, as is the case in life, some dreams just don't come true. Again, thanks to all the backers, and to all those who offered their supports and encouragement throughout this very long process. For me, though, this dream is done, and it's time to move on.

I like how he didn't even bother to take down his game on Greenlight, though. Nice touch.
Maybe this is still up for the original game, but either way I wouldn't recommend supporting a game that the creator himself gave up on. That's my opinion, anyway.
