Shadow Hunter Greenlit - Had to bump price up to $0.99!
Shadow Hunter Free, New KickStarter, and More!
Release date: mid-June 2014
Torch, stone, deduction, and luck are your tools as you clear "The Darkness" spread by shadow beings of another realm.

Using "Shadow Intuition", you sense your surroundings; traps, events, and the very living shadows themselves. To expel the darkness, you must explore and bring light to each area. But with locked doors, wandering shadows, and hidden devices... this will prove to be no easy task.

Get the game![]

The current list of game features include:
- A "turn based" board-game style of play, with an RPG feel.
- Rogue-Like character development.
- Random events during play (Encounters, Quests, "Things that happen").
- Randomized object placement, to make each game unique.
- Mini-Games that exercise logic and deduction.
- A High Score List.
- A Creepy Atmosphere.
- 15 levels to explore.
- Windows Compatible.

Shadow Hunter mostly appeals to fans of casual / board games, and old school score list fans. At its heart, Shadow Hunter can be categorized as a "Survival Rogue-Like Puzzle Dungeon-Crawler".

Thanks for Greenlighting this everyone! After almost 2 years, I thought it was forgotten. :) I now have a lot of work to do... lol.

I'll be spending a lot of time over the weekend, getting this game ready for download. I'll be looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it. There are still some bugs... but hey, it's free! ;) If it's a game people think is worth playing enough, I may add more content.

Thanks, I hope you like it! ... and let me know if you run into any problems. :)

I am really trying to ramp things up for Shadow Hunter (by recruiting a few people)... but, I am getting killed in the exposure game. Hopefully I can get this thing seen more, and have it tried by the curious masses.

Your comments about the board game experience is very encouraging. I was really hoping to go for something unique... which is always my goal (How many tower defense games and zombies do we need? Of course love zombies and tower defense too... I'm just saying... ^^ ).
