Super customer service simulator, Deli Sham for short– Deli is a gorgeous casual game based on the grounds of mocking the ever so delightful career in retail. You’ll be running your own department in this case the Delicatessen, managing the products you bring in, decorating the shop and serving a variety of customers to make enough money to survive to the next day.
It’s fun, quirky and cute with the added fun of mocking the retail industry as a whole, it’s a single player game where the player gets to take on the role of your every day deli grunt um I mean worker and gets to run the delicatessen department day in and day out and if you’re lucky you get a box to sleep in at night. The game level/environment is customisable through level progression; decisions that the player makes will influence how well they will do each level, whilst facing the random interactions and problems.

Key features of the game include
• Customisable environment/level design
• Randomised game play elements
• Continuous game play mode
• Cute and adorable features and characters
• Over 80 different types of foods!!! To choose from
• Humorous stories from real life customer service situations

We have an indie go go campaign running at the moment so please go and check us out here

Dev note: Just going to address 2 of the comments below.

The game is being created from the ground up for pc 1080/720p higher resolution textures as well as some random generation code that would at the moment chug on a tablet or phone .We want this looking the best and reflecting the artistic style exactly as we want it without the constraints of downgrading all our art so would fit on a tablet or phone.

The game is taking a satirical tone in regards to retail, things go smoothly if there no issues and become drastically different when they go wrong. As much as the customers and disasters are part of the game play it’s also a perspective of how things go when they start to fall apart, when you become stressed you work differently and you see things differently almost if you had a sanity bar.

This game is about time management, customers are a random element they’re unpredictable and can sometimes be a welcome distraction or a nuisance that gets in the way of other task you’re trying to complete.

I'm not quite sure what this game is supposed to be about. Like, they claim it's a satire and the video tries to be funny with it, but I still don't get the point. Vote no.
