Description
This makes Ellis' shirt green. It also adds some blood and a midnight riders tattoo. The tattoo is visible from first person on his left inner forearm.

You have to find the left 4 dead 2 files on your computer, and put it under Left 4 Dead 2 / left4dead2 / addons
