This Feature just made it easier to take and share screenshots to the Steam Community...


...and other social networks.

How to create Screenshots with Steam

Only three steps

• Press your hotkey (F12 by default *) while in any game that runs the Steam Overlay to take screenshots.
  
  You hear the sound of a camera and the screenshot pops up in the lower right edge.
  
  
  
• Use the Screenshot Uploader to select the Screenshots you would like to upload.
  (Opens automatically after completion the Game)
  Here you also can add a caption or tag your Screenshot as potential spoiler before
  you upload them in the community.

• Upload your selected Screenshots in the Community
  Private / Friends only or Public

Steam gives you 2GB of personal Cloud storage, where you can upload thousands of Screenshots. Show off your best moments, publish your Screenshots in your Steam Community profile as well as Facebook, Twitter, Reddit or Digg to share them with your friends.

All Screenshot settings can be manage any time in your Screenshot library.

* You can customize your screenshot hotkey by visiting the In-Game section of Steam settings.

How to share Screenshots in Steam Community

• Open your Steam Screenshot collection.
  
  
  That you can do about your Profile
  or with the NEW Community Functions.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Now select the game from which you want to share your screenshots.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Here you click now on the screenshot that you would like to share
  
  
  
• It opens a window with your screenshot.
  Exactly this window is seen for any user when you share this Screenshot in Steam Forums or Diskusionen.
  
  
  
• Click on the option symbol in the upper right edge and use the Share Tub

• You can share your Screenshot directly to your Steam Status
  
  
  
  
  
  
• Publish your screenshot as well at Facebook, Twitter, Reddit or Digg to share them with your friends.
  Provided that your Steam profile is linked with these social networks
  
  
  
• Finally the URL, that you can copy and paste in all discussions, forums and comment strips and share them to all.
  Provided that you have published your screenshot public

Steam introduced at publication 1GB personal Cloud storage for every user.
Some time ago, this was increased to 2 GB.
I am assuming that Steam sometime will increased the personal Cloud storage again.
