Description
GLaDOS has provided you with a puzzle to solve, but at the same time she's trying to develop her sense of humour, by playing practical jokes on you.

As she is not yet good in her humour, she keeps pulling the same practical joke on you. Can you outsmart her?

Thanks. Yeah, I am going for easyish usually. I prefer valve difficulty style puzzles and only seldomly will I go for harder puzzles.

You're right! I didn't want to make it sound bad. Calling it an alternative solution is much more approriate :)

Thanks for the video Innocentive.

I have to disagree with you finding another exploit. Yes its a very creative way of solving the puzzle, but you do the key elements: you get all cubes, you open the door using the laser, you press the button and you solve the lightbridge problem intended. So this is an alternative solution rather than an exploit. :) I don't mind alternative solutions, especially given that its very hard to execute. Won't change this one.

Gave it another try and (having seen toncica's walkthourhg video) assume to have found another exploit: see here .

Its indeed not the intended solution, but I've considered that the very skilled player may still be able to pull off jumping there. It does not break the game mechanics, and is much harder to pull off, so I decided to keep it as such.

I eventually solved it but not the intended way, I didn't use the downstairs area. Here's a summary of what I did in the (long) demo: got the cubes out of the fizzler cage, found a fling to get onto the glass above the laser, found that cubes there get pushed off, repeated (many times), and eventually coated the bridge with orange gel to make it to the other side
