Spore - Grox

Here is my next SFM model that I will give to you guys today - the infamous Grox from the game Spore. This model was extracted from the game by opening the Grox in the Creature Creator and using the colladaexport cheat.

-Flexes (in the skeleton, so no HWM.)
-And more!

If you have problems downloading this model, you can download it here:

All credit goes to Maxis/EA for Spore.

There is a .smd exporter plaugins that you can download here:

As for physics models, I don't know how to make ragdools from scratch (and that's why there's no ragdolls of this model).

To compile your model, visit here:

i put the .dae model into blender (the program i use) but how do i make a physics model for the model i want to import? also how do i export it as an .smd file?
Bitl  [author] Jul 18 @ 10:51am
You use the collidaexport cheat in SPORE, than you import the .dae model into any 3d modeling program that supports it. Then you export it as .smd and then compile it. Simple really.

Of course if you want to make it for GMod, you will need to make a physics model for it.

If you guys want, you can port this model to GMod. All you need to do is just add a physics model to it and its ready to go. Just add me to your workshop contributions list on the model.
