The Prototype and Kickstarter Are On The Way!
D. The Atom Shifter is an action RPG where you literally have the ability to customize your character at will! The human race is being annihilated and to try to prevent complete obliteration a great wizard created D. who can shift his atoms at will and absorb the atoms of other beings into himself to give himself even more power. The game is going to be a single player (hopefully coop too!) action RPG with swords, magic and horror elements! As a note the pictures are concept art, not actual in game screenshots. Game screenshots are on the way!

Well, I guess the War-Mask is a bit different. The Eldar don't forget what they do, it's just that they feel no guilt, pleasure or anything else for killing thousands of creatures.

It is an idea that has been used before as well, just not commonplace.

Came out of my head homie. Never played that game.

Was that stolen from the Eldar's War-Mask from Warhammer 40K? If not, I have no idea how you came up with that idea.

I like that idea! I was actually thinking about him generally being innocent and child like but when he is threatened and has to enter combat his eyes turn red and he unleashes massive destruction. And also he never has recollection of himself doing it so it is like two personalities kept separate.

Hope the graphic in the trailer is NOT the game one. ;)
The other "Screenshots"(?) look way more like it, and the concept...Love it. :)

Though I would love it even more, if D would have been createt by a more human feeling like hate, and the urge to kill beeing in conflict with the wizzards intellect and "good" (dont know how to call it) right when the "monsters" killed his son. (you killed his son anyways. ;)
As a result D is kind of twisted, must learn to focus one side in a situation and so gain more and more controll over his Shifting powers.

(maybe two kinds of skills, anger/hate/dispise/destruction/altering into demonic beasts and healing/hiding/blending/"peacing struggled minds" (hope you understand xD )/morphing into a bird(?) or something like that...

If you red till here, congratz...end of my two pence. ^^

Oh, wow! Perhaps, later on in the game, you unlock an ability to morph small objects into weapons - say, like, an ore of some sort, you pick it up, and then you morph it into a dagger or sword.
