Description
In Oblivion The Apron was a unique Armored Apron that was rewarded for completing the quest "A Brush with Death". The Apron of Adroitness was a Cuirass, which is one half of what is now known as "Armor" in Skyrim. The Highest leveled version posessed a weight of 15 and an armor rating of 12.5; this was the equivelent of the Glass Cuirass. Since the Cuirass/Greave relationship doesn't exist in Skyrim, I had to convert the cuirass to it's logical Skyrim equivelent. This meant finding out what percentage of both the weight and armor rating the glass cuirass made up.(0.625 in both cases) Next I had to multiply the Skyrim Glass Armor's weight and armor rating by this number
the result rounded to the nearest whole is:

Apron Of Adroitness:

Converted armor rating:24 (Between Studded and Leather)
Converted Weight: 4 (Same as Elven)
Value: 3800(Same as in Oblivion)
Tempering Recipe: Blacksmith's Hammer
Enchantment: Conjuration spells cost 30% less, Created Potions are 30% more powerful, Stamina regenerates 30% faster(The original enchantment raised the attributes "Agility and Intellegence". Once again, these Oblivion style statistics are outdated. The new enchantment comes very close to the original governing attributes increased by the original.

Lore: It seems Ri'Saad had acquired this artifact whilst visiting Cyrodil. But he won't part with such an item easily.

UPDATE 8/31/2013
Artifact is now not able to be disenchanted

@WanderingSeeker39 Likely within the next couple days or so. I have 2 of the three custom enchantments working fine. I've altered the stats as well. The last thing I must do is to finish the final enchantment and find a good location to place it in the world. I'm thinking deep in the Ghost Sea.

This looks cool. More interested in Fin Gleam that you mentioned earlier in the comments. I can't wait. Do you have an estimate on how long it will take?

@Flounce Indeed it worked. Thanks. I'm very new to modding, so things like this help me greatly for future mods. :)

Ok, thanks. I'll try that.

You can use the keyword 'MagicDisallowEnchanting' to, well, disallow enchanting.

@desertmackay Ok tested it. It CAN be disenchanted. But the effect "Adroitness" can NOT be applied to any armor. So, disenchanting it would be utterly pointless unless you wanted the experience points gained from disenchanting an item. My advice, leave it the way it is. Also, just to cover your likely response. I do not plan on making the enchantment applicable. I created the artifact with the intent that it would be used as is. Oh yeah, and if you weren't aware, the armor can be improved at a workbench. It requires 1 blacksmith's hammer. Enjoy.
