I appreciate the multiple rooms idea but because of this kind of setup some things may need some serious polish. Once things like those shortcuts are worked out, this map should be fine. I like the effort put into it so far, if you happen to remove this type stuff (unintentional exploits/ trap dead-ends/ etc.) it'll be even better.

Your chamber has too many portal surfaces. This can become problematic because this can allow you to carry cubes over to other areas, get trapped, bypass intended ways to access spots in each of the areas, and various other things. Needs MAJOR work.

This chamber needs some fixes. I found several shortcuts. If a room needs a cube, you can always make a portal between it and the previous room and bring a cube with you. And in the room with gel you can place a portal in the ceiling and jump through it directly to the ledge.

Just for fun, I collected all cubes and brought them with me to the exit. Regrettably I had to leave the sphere behind...
