100% Completion guide.
Guide for the completionist. From start to finish I'll try to explain all the achievements and how to obtain them.
Getting 100% completion in BIT.TRIP Runner2 is not going to be easy but if you give it your time you'll able to finish it.
Playing on hard can be extra hard if your tired. Just a warning in advance.
Getting started... On Hard.
Ok we're going to start nice and simple.
The first thing we're going to do is jump right into hard mode and complete every level. To enable hard mode press the left button on your xbox controller or Q on keyboard to scroll through the difficulty settings. You will want to keep it on "Rather Hard" throughout this playthrough.
When you are playing through remember to collect all gold and get a bullseye at the end of every level. Ignore keys, chests and retro levels for now we'll come back to them.
NOTE: At the first level of world two you will get the dance move (right trigger or A button). Dance as much as possible. The best place to do this is at the start of every level before you have to avoid anything. You'll thank me later.
Remember to complete all secret levels as well! The gold total at the end of the world should be 100% (example world one should be 800/800)
After completing all levels on hard you should have:
Hardcore - Beat all levels in Hard Difficulty
Bullseye - Get a Bullseye
Cloud King - Complete World 1
Water Strider - Complete World 2
Super Tree Hugger - Complete World 3
Feel the Burn - Complete World 4
Future Legend - Complete World 5
If you have been getting all gold and the bullseye on every level you should also have:
Better then perfect - Get one Perfect+ in each world.
Perfectionist - Get one perfect run in each world.
Ok now that Hard mode is done. We can relax with normal and easy mode.
Start going through all the levels now in normal then easy mode. Remember those chests and keys you ignored before you can get them now.
DonSeismo made a great guide on how chests and keys work here
Don't forget to collect all gold and get the bullseye on every level!
After finishing all the levels agian on normal then easy you should have:
Double Perfectionist - Get two Double Perfects in each world.
Triple Perfectionist - Get three Triple Perfects in each world.
Perfect Perfectionist - Get a Triple Perfect+ on each level.
Getting our Rewards.
As you have been playing through you may have noticed rewards being ticked off. These rewards are for small achievements in game.
You should get most of these simply by playing the game. Treasures and dancing are the ones that don't come naturally. If you've been dancing away when you recived the move it might be finished by the time you've completed Perfect Perfectionist.

Xalugami made a great guide for those Retro Cartridges here.
Now to look at the last bunch of cheese we havn't done yet. Some of these you may have done already just from playing the game but we'll cover them anyway.
A New Challenger - Checkpoints!? Who Needs 'Em!?
For this one simply complete a level without using the checkpoint. Just jump over it when you come to one.
Who Dat!? - Unlock a new character.
Each world has a character you can unlock. You will come across levels in each world with alternate exits (indicated by a blue arrow). Take the alternate exit, It will then unlock a new level, Beat it and a new character will be yours.
Dancing Fool - Dance 100 Times.
If you've completed the rewards you've already got this. If not simply dance 100 times.
Marathoner - Run a Marathon.
This achievement is earned for running a marathon's distance in game - 26.2 miles. You may get this one just playing the game. I belive it comes from running without getting bonked for 26.2 in game miles.
Multiple Personalities - Beat 30 Levels as Alternate Characters.
Just switch out to a different character for 30 levels.
I think I'm going to get a few comments about starting on hard difficulty straight away. In my opinion its easier to get the hard stuff out of the way first.
Overall this game presents a good challenge for 100%.
Hope you got something out of this short guide. Please leave a comment or thumbs up if you liked it. I will try and keep it updated if there is any changes or if I get suggestions.
