I appreciate that this is your first test chamber but it's not much of a test at all. Leaving the exit door open is rarely a good idea when designing a test chamber. In this case, the player can just portal past the laser grids and leave, the buttons are optional. Players will always seek to find the easiest way out of a test chamber.
