Description
Another vending machine reskin, themed under the popular anime Toradora. I made a wallpaper and I thought I should make a VM reskin out of it as well. I had to do a lot of converting on the render and it took some time but in the end it was all worth it. Please don't forget to rate/comment/fav if you liked using it

The image used is under my design, however I did use a render for it: http://wall.alphacoders.com/big.php?i=129377
If you want to, you can download the full wallpaper I made from here: http://kerk12.deviantart.com/art/Toradora-wallpaper-393392697

Well I did extract it to a TGA format for gimp to use. However I didnt pay any attention to the settings on VTFEdit since the guide said to just ignore them.

In terms of quality it all depends on what format you extracted it to before converting it to a vtf. I extract everything on a .TGA format. This way it keeps the alpha channel intact. And can you tell me what settings did you use when you converted it with VTFEdit?

Wow, I managed to find an extremely good one in the steam guides section. I didnt think they'd have one. The quality is a little low on mine however, your skin seems to look ok though. Did I do something wrong?

Could you link a good one? I've been on gamebanana looking for some, along with youtube videos. Cant find any decent ones. Also I dont own Photoshop, I have gimp however.

It is quite easy however it does take some time to extract the vtf(texture file) and convert it. The actual work of putting it on photoshop and changing the texture takes less than 10 minutes. After that all I do is make a .vpk, take some screenshots and upload it. You can find a ton of skinning tutorials online. The best way is to google it :D.
