Wargame Airland Battle Deck Creation Tutorial for Nato for Beginner

This is a Tutorial, a guide or a proposition of how to make a deck in Wargame Airland Battle. My objective in this is to show you guys on what basis I'm choosing the units of this Deck as well as how the deck will work. I would say that this is a good Nato Deck for beginner because no matter how badly you play this deck will allow you to recover from it. Also no matter what kind of mistake you will do while playing with this deck it can't be a disaster.

These guides were made before the "mother of all patches" came out, so they might be obsolete. I will check them out anyway. Attila sure put a lot of effort in making them.

yeah the norwegian are tricky to play with but they can be very effective in specific context. I may do a norwegian one at somepoint. =)

Huh, interesting. Do you plan on making a guide on the Nowegian forces? They seem to be a tough faction to fight with.

the reservist with chopper have been removed from the game because they were too good for their worth sadly. So i guess you can replace that by Chasseur.

Hello Attila, I really like your videos. They do help a lot though. I got one question, I'm new to Wargame and tried to make an own deck. The french reservist with the coppers are kind of nice, but i just can't find them in a mixed nations deck. Do i have to unlock the units somehow ? Thanks for your help in advance

The Leopard 2 is a very nice tank when it is used carefully with good protections from planes and chopper. experienced player can deal a great amount of damage with it.

The reason why I didn't used it for this particular deck was mostly because it's also a unit that cost a lot and can easily be lost in the hand of a player without much experience. For player with experience on the other hand you can likely kill an entire army with it.

My vision for these deck is to be very effective while allowing the players to make mistake that they can recover from. This is why Keiler is a good tank that combined to the other Leopard 1 is a reasonable risk that perform well in nearly all condition, including shooting chopper at close range. It a good all around tool. =)

I'm surprised you used no Leopard 2's in your West Germany deck, but I can understand your reasoning and agree that the Kpz Keiler is an excellent tank, surprises me how much it can punch above its weight. A tactic I use it to use, cheaper tanks such as Leopard 1s to recon by fire then bring Kpz on both sides of the enemy force while smoking their position to obtain rear and side armor shots.
