I got it. Occasionally enemies would walk on the edge of the barricade, especially if it was next to a tar trap. The project is to keep that from happening. I fully support this, as I use barricades and tar quite often. :)

Enemy just was not running on the Barricade.

I assume s/he's figured out a way to keep enemies from attacking barricades . . .? If so, would be welcome.
