Kitty'eh's Realistic Wolf Retexture Project [KRWRP] ARTIC&DARK TIMBER

off, these new mods took me like, 7 HOURS to texture just TWO of them. -.-
So you CANNOT edit these files without my permission! ASK FIRST.

Okay, We good? GOOD! :D

------------------------What This Mod Does-----------------------
*Changes all wolves to 2 different textures, An artic wolf with a speckled gray face, and a dark timber wolf (Actually, it's supposed to be a black wolf...^^;).
---------------------------Bugs---------------------- have another wolf retexture mod on......?
+Need consent from ME to use. If you ask nicely, i'm sure i'll let you. ;)

-------------------The Project----------------
I am currently retexturing all dogs&wolves of skyrim to more realistic proportions.
As for now, it will only be a retexture.
Maybe more in the future?
Feel free to help with putting all these ones into one giant one...AFTER you get permission! >:O!

Please, give that like button a smack! ;3
Every bit helps. ^^
Let's me know you guys enjoy//appreciate my hard work! :O

[Though, i'd still mod if you didn't...I just wouldn't be sharing them with the public... ;) ]

can you make the gray wolves "Wolf" and the white wolves "Ice Wolf?" i really feal uncomfortable with a pure white arctic wolf in the middle of the Whiterun Plains.

First of all, if you're doing more than retexturing, you need to change the name of your mods to "redux" rather than "retexture".

That said, that's where the "creature" part comes in. If you're ONLY reskinning the wolves into dogs.. that is ONLY a graphics mod. If you're making the wolves into something else MECHANICALLY .. that would be a "crature" mod. If you're doing both, it's both.

Hm...My brain does such funny things. D:
What if you edit vanilla stats? What category would that be?

I think people over complicate it, because they think it's going to get them more "hits" on their mod to have more catagories. In reality it makes people ignore your mod, because it has nothing to do with what they're looking for.

"Worlds" are worlds. Skyrim is a "world". The new areas that the DLC add are also "worlds".

It's silly that so many people put their mods in the World catagory simply because their mod is in the "Skyrim World". I mean, just stop a moment and think about exactly how silly that actually is. Every single mod in the Workshop would have the catagory "world" if that were the case. Same thing with a town just smaller.

In other words, only catagorize YOUR mod, not Skyrim. Just what YOU created, not Bethesda. The best rule to go by is if you're not sure if it fits the catagory, it probably doesn't. Most mod devs have the oppisit mentality however.. wich is exactly what breaks the filter system.

Thanks for being honest :)
