Description
Finally here!
Happy Canada Day from Aperture North! As a surprise, we're giving you an updated version of Pure Intellect: Part 2, for your playing pleasure! Now, due to potentially apocalyptic circumstances [beyond our control], HDR compile kept on crashing, so if you are picky on maps without HDR, go play elsewhere. Also; because the original map was set in a large empty space, optimization was tricky, but I did the best I could. Even when I did get long compile working, the lighting didn't look as moody as on normal, so there.

Anywho, I don't like writing descriptions. But this map has everything. It's got a test, some exploration, and OMG! Logic_choreographed_scenes! Something that many a map on the workshop doesn't have! Also, this revision has been in the works since March, so I think that it's as good as it'll ever be. VERY hard to optimize something like this AFTER it's been built. Sorry for party-lagging. I've run out of things to add! Um, sorry about the preview image as well, I have no idea what resolution it's supposed to be, I just went off the dimensions from the web version. So I'm sick of the Underground for now; expect Wheatley's Detour II after this.

If you want to know, the primary songs that inspired this map were the Skrillex Orchestral Arrangement, Oxygene No. 4 by Jean Michael Jarre, Cat by C418, and all the A3 Songs from the Portal 2 soundtrack.

Also, about the exponent at the end of the title on the image: I realized that Pure Intellect abbreviated is PI, so when used with the exponent 2, it becomes Pi2, or Pi Squared! Hehe . . .
SPECIAL THANKS GO TO ALLOS, DELI73, AND TANGER2B FOR PLAYTESTING THE MAP. SPECIAL MENTION GOES TO THE COMMUNITY FOR OVER 2000 SUBS. YAY!
Map contains 1 musical easter egg. So there ya have it. I told you I hate writing descriptions, especially when it's 26 degrees Celsius outside. Ouch.
IMPORTANT!! Before you downvote, take a moment to comment on why you think this is bad! As a mapper, I always want to know what people don't like, so don't be afraid!

@Ultiman NSE I've seen people do that, also. And it would be very hypocritical of me to do exactly what I asked them not to do. Anyway, it is pretty weird that that happened. I don't know. For all I know, I could have watched a youtube play of it, and when looking for an idea, have that come up. Either way, it wasn't intentional. I am working on a replacement map for it, though, hopefully one that on't be unknowningly stolen :P

@Cjlerch: No worries man. Very uncanny how you had practically the entire puzzle replicated without your knowledge. Keep listening to comments though; it's good of you to follow through with them. I've encountered people who haven't and flipped out because of it. :)

Ultiman NSE, Thank you for informing me that my map was copied. It has been removed from the workshop, after I played Dilapidation, and it was an almost exact copy of the first map. It's embarrasing, really; I had no idea. I hadn't played Dilapidation before, honest.

@portalmaster: The Sphere is included in Part 3.

For some reason, I got stuck at the computers... It's a bit counterintuitive, using computers to open a door when the rest of us are used to buttons or breakers

This part, plus the original test in the sphere, would complete the picture. Much better than the original.

Good map, the first "chamber" was harder than the rest.
I think the part with the red gel was to easy. Also I saw some texture overlaps (just by some stairs)
The look & feel of the map is much like in the old parts in Portal 2 and it was nice to include the easter egg.
mucho upvote!
